Gender Equality




Gender is term more defines by the society to
the term biological sex. Living a quality life is
dignity; all male, female and LGBITQ are the part
of society and they have equal role for
development without equality no society can be
developed. People over the world have same
responsibility and rights. They all are the wheels of
the society which carries society to the path of
development. Let’s take an example if any wheel of
cart is not equal can a cart function, same things
happen to our society if there is no equality in the
gender based.

If there is no gender equality in society then
conflict arises inside society which lacks for the
development. Gender equality is the entity for the
development, our society is growing society where
people of different classes lives and they have
different dreams and visions and they perform
accordingly, if the society is dominated by any
gender class it creates violence over the society
that the violence may be direct or indirect and there
will causes the structural conflicts in the society
which is the major problems for the development
works and so it should be addressed in advance.
